Customer Returned Goods Policy

            CESSI Ergonomics wants our customers to be totally satisfied with the products they select to solve the workplace ergonomic issues. We pride ourselves on helping you make informed decisions before a purchase. Our ergonomic professionals understand how each product functions and the modification benefits that will make your life more comfortable. We also recognize that sometimes a particular product just doesn’t provide the anticipated result and needs to be easily exchanged or returned.

We understand that you’re trying to solve an ergonomics problem. Return requests may be submitted on-line by using our Return Material Authorization Request (RMA) Form which is generally is processed within 48 hours. You will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number which is required for all returns. However, certain products and large purchases may take 5 business days to obtain a return authorization number. The CESSI Return Ship to Address will be provided with RMA number when it is issued

All ergonomic products must be returned in their original box and in re-sellable condition. Remember to have your RMA # appear on the outside of the shipping container. Customers are responsible for freight, or any shipping/handling charges needed to have the products returned to CESSI. We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method, such as UPS, FedEx, or a licensed Common Carrier. Once the returned items have been received by CESSI Ergonomics, they will be inspected and approved for the appropriate customer credit.

Returns are routinely processed and credits issued within 7 to 10 days upon receipt of the returned product(s). The credit is generally issued in the form of your original payment. Shipping Fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for round trip shipping and handling expenses associated with any authorized returned product. If you received free shipping on your order that actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund credit.

Return Policies Guidelines may vary by product manufacturer. Below you will find more specific details for those products ordered from our OnLine Store.

  • You are free to return almost any item within 15 days of receipt.
  • Opened items requiring repackaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • You are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with your order.
  • Manufacturers of our Durable goods items like Chairs, Workstations, Desks, Storage Cabinets, and most Industrial Ergonomic Products often require a restocking fee between 25% - 50%. Please contact Customer Care at 1-800-289-3746 for specifications relative to the product you want to return.

  • Open Box Certified Products
  • Gift Certificates
  • Special order or custom made products (Unique Fabric Selected Chairs, and Laminated Products such as Desks and Workstations, and products with unique options selected are considered custom products and generally aren’t returnable).
  • Products shipped more than 30 days ago.
