The Bluetooth integrated computer fitness app syncs your activity date to you Windows or Mac computer and allows for tracking of steps taken, walking time, calories burned and distance traveled. The easy access console is located on the front edge of the desk surface and also includes a padded palmrest adding comfort and preventing fatigue while working.
